We work with leading manufacturers of flat ingots who have advanced equipment and technologies for producing products of the highest quality. The modern crystallizers used at these plants make it possible to produce a wide range of flat ingots for subsequent rolling. Flat ingots are notable for their impressive dimensions: their length can reach up to 11,500 mm, their width ranges from 900 to 2,200 mm, and their thickness varies from 300 to 600 mm. These ingots are produced using aluminum alloys from various series, including 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx, and 8xxx, as well as grades A5–A8. All manufactured products strictly comply with both Russian and international quality standards, as well as the individual requirements of customers. Flat ingots are produced at plants such as BrAZ, KrAZ, SAZ, VgAZ, and Kubal.
